When I was younger I was too afraid to speak. I spent my entire elementary years and most of my middle school years blending into the background. I was paralyzed by social anxiety from a young age. I never understood it to be anxiety when I was younger though. I would go to bed each night wishing that the next day I would feel brave enough to speak and allow myself to be heard. It took me 13 years to break out of that cycle. I will never forget what that felt like to be so afraid of something that others would view as so simple. I was silent in school but filled with life at home. I chose 3 amazonite crystals for this necklace to lay across the throat chakra in order to let your voice flow freely.
