Plant Care
Watering- As with most Alocasias, Dragon Scales do best when kept in moist (not soggy) soil. They prefer consistent, small amounts of water. We suggest watering when the top inch of the soil is dry.
Sunlight- These stunning plants do best in bright, indirect light. They are intolerant of harsh direct light as well as too much shade and do best with a happy medium.
Soil- We recommend a soil less, well draining mixture made from coco coir, perlite and orchid bark. We suggest avoiding typical soil mixes as these tend to be too heavy and hold on to too much water which leads to root rot.
