Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that during launches, restocks, or events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2–7 business days depending on the carrier.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.

Local Pickup 
Local pickup is available at our shop. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you run into an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly—but we’re always happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
