ROOTED is a self-love wellness workshop for anyone tired of running on empty.
Led by Medium and Intuitive Life Coach Julie Mudd, this hands-on experience supports your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being through intentional self-care and grounding practices.
We’ll slow things down, get our hands in the dirt, and have honest conversations about what caring for yourself really looks like — not perfectly, but intentionally. Using an interactive workbook filled with guided prompts and reflection exercises, you’ll take a personal inventory of your needs, responsibilities, and desires, creating clarity around what truly matters to you.
You’ll also pot a plant to take home as a living reminder to check in with yourself, set boundaries, and prioritize your well-being.
This isn’t performative self-care.
It’s grounding, practical, and real.
Come reset. Come reconnect.
