Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome!
Walk-ins:
Please note that our piercing specialists are not always in the shop. To ensure one of our ear piercing specialists is available, we kindly ask that you email us at therterracottaroom@gmail.com, or DM us through our socials, before stopping by for a walk-in appointment. We’ll be happy to confirm a specialist is in the shop and ready to help.
Booking Online:
If you book an appointment during a time when a specialist is unavailable (such as while we’re on vacation or out of the shop), you will receive an email letting you know your appointment has been canceled. We’ll gladly work with you to reschedule for the next available appointment.
