Step into the energy of the Spring Equinox — a time of balance, renewal, and fresh beginnings.

Join us for a peaceful evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and plant intentions for the season ahead.

We’ll begin by settling in and getting comfortable on mats as Laura guides a grounding sound bath, using crystal singing bowls and gentle meditation to calm the nervous system and bring you into a deeply relaxed state.

After the sound journey, we’ll gather around the table for warm tea and a hands-on intention ritual where you’ll plant a little plant baby (literally!) and set intentions for what you want to grow in your life this spring. You’ll leave with your planted creation as a reminder of what you’re calling in.
